The CMMG Dissent MK4 .350 Legend 16.1" rifle is built for hunters in states that mandate straight-wall cartridges—delivering the energy and penetration you need with less recoil than traditional centerfire rounds. Chambered in .350 Legend, this direct impingement rifle combines the familiar AR15 controls with CMMG's renowned ZEROED components and a purpose-built platform that doesn't compromise on reliability or handling. Whether you're hunting whitetail in a straight-wall state or looking for a versatile, low-recoil option for medium game, the Dissent MK4 brings modern rifle engineering to a cartridge that's become a serious contender for modern hunters.
This rifle is dressed in armor black Cerakote and stripped of unnecessary bulk. The 16.1" stainless barrel (1:16 twist) is crowned with a CMMG ZEROED muzzle brake and threaded 1/2 x 28 for suppressor or accessory mounting. The direct impingement system runs a carbine-length gas port and adjustable 0.750 gas block for tuning in different ammunition loads. The upper and lower receivers are both forged 7075 T6 aluminum—the foundation of an accurate, durable platform.
The Dissent MK4 ships with a side-charging handle (reversible for left or right-hand shooters), CMMG ZEROED drop-in trigger, 60/90-degree ambidextrous safety, and proprietary 15" handguard that balances control and ergonomics. The rear receiver is capped with a 1913 Picatinny rail—ideal for mounting slings, optics, or folding stocks. You get two 10-round magazines and a complete package ready to zero and hunt. At 6.2 lbs and 26.3" overall, it's nimble in the truck, field, or stand.
CMMG has earned its reputation for attention to detail on every build, and the Dissent MK4 doesn't cut corners. Each ZEROED component—from the trigger guard to the pistol grip—is engineered to work seamlessly with the platform. For hunters who want a modern, proven rifle in America's newest popular hunting cartridge, this is the no-compromise choice.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the CMMG Dissent MK4 .350 Legend legal in straight-wall hunting states?
The .350 Legend cartridge was designed specifically for straight-wall hunting regulations and has become the established choice in states requiring non-expanding rounds. This rifle is built in that caliber, so it meets the cartridge requirement. Always confirm your state or local hunting regulations before purchasing—ammunition laws and regulations vary by jurisdiction.
Can I use the side charging handle on either side?
Yes. The Dissent side charger is reversible, making it compatible with both right- and left-hand shooters. You can configure it to suit your preference.
What comes in the box?
The rifle ships complete with two 10-round magazines and is ready to mount optics and accessories. The Picatinny rail end cap supports industry-standard rail-mounted slings, folding stocks, and other attachments.
Can I suppress this rifle?
The barrel is threaded 1/2 x 28, which is compatible with suppressors in that thread pattern. The adjustable gas block allows fine-tuning the rifle's function with a suppressor installed. Always verify local and federal suppressor legality before purchasing.
