Target Profile/Threaded Steel

The Christensen Arms Modern Precision .300 Win Mag rifle is a precision long-range hunting and target rifle built on a modern chassis platform that redefines what a working rifle can be. Unlike traditional stock designs, this rifle starts with a precision 416R stainless steel barrel wrapped in Christensen's Aerograde carbon fiber for a target contour that delivers sub-MOA accuracy while keeping overall weight to just 6.9 pounds. The desert brown anodized finish gives it a refined aesthetic that stands apart from the typical all-black tactical look, making it equally at home in a field or on the range.

Where the Modern Precision truly excels is in its intentional engineering for shooters who demand both performance and portability. The 7075 aluminum billet chassis features a carbon fiber handguard, free-floating for consistency shot to shot, with integral M-Lok for mounting accessories without compromise. The folding stock with locking hinge and Magnelock technology collapses for transport without sacrificing repeatability, while the adjustable length of pull (12.5–14.5 inches) and carbon fiber cheek riser accommodate different shooting positions and optic heights. V-block bedding and a 20-MOA Picatinny rail set you up for serious optics and extended-range shooting.

The action assembly uses a precision-machined receiver with a match-grade flat trigger, skeletonized bolt handle with oversized tactical knob, and AICS-compatible detachable magazine system for reliable feeding. The removable stainless steel side-baffle muzzle brake and threaded muzzle (5/8–24) give you tuning options, and Black Nitride finishing on the action and brake resists corrosion without the flash. Six quick-detach Picatinny mounts, barricade steps, and monopod-ready attachment points round out a rifle built for field hunters and competition shooters alike. Every Modern Precision comes backed by Christensen Arms' Sub-MOA Guarantee—proof of their confidence in the platform.
