The Accu-Shot BT69 Gen2 CAL Atlas Bipod is a precision shooting support designed for long-range rifle work where a stable, adjustable platform matters. "CAL" stands for Cant And Loc—a feature set built for shooters who want leg angle adjustment and locking capability without the panning mechanism found in some other Atlas models. If you're setting up a precision rifle for bench shooting, field competitions, or accuracy-focused hunting, this tall bipod delivers the rigidity and control that tight groups demand.

Built from aerospace-grade aluminum—6061-T6 for the main frame and 7075-T6 for the leg internals—the BT69 is lightweight without sacrificing strength. All components wear Mil-Spec Type III hard coat anodizing and heat-treated stainless steel hardware, so it'll handle years of field use and adverse conditions. The bipod uses a two-hole mounting pattern (1.100" spacing with 10/32 threads) and ships with two 10-32 x 3/8" flathead socket screws, making it ready to attach to any compatible 17S lever-style mount or ARCA dovetail mount with matching hole spacing. Direct mounting to Accu-Shot's BT19 AI Spigot or BT70 M-LOK Adapter is also supported.

The Pod-Loc lever—a proven design borrowed from the legendary KMW platform—lets you lock leg angle in place once you've dialed in your cant. For shooters who prioritize adjustment precision and repeatability over quick pan capability, the Gen2 CAL Atlas is the no-compromise choice. Available in black only.

Frequently Asked Questions

What mounting systems is this bipod compatible with?

The BT69 Gen2 fits any 17S lever-style mount with a two-hole 1.100" spacing and 10/32 threads—including ADM-170-S, ARMS 17S, Badger Ordnance TRAMP, and LT271. It also works with any ARCA dovetail mount using the same hole pattern, or mounts directly to Accu-Shot's BT19 AI Spigot and BT70 M-LOK Adapter using the included socket-head screws.

What's the difference between CAL and panning Atlas bipods?

The CAL (Cant And Loc) design allows you to adjust and lock your leg angle for a stable, repeatable shooting position without the 360-degree panning feature. This is ideal for shooters who want precision and don't need to rotate the bipod—common in bench and competition shooting.

Is this bipod suitable for long-range rifle shooting?

Yes. The tall profile, rigid construction, and locking leg adjustment make it well-suited to precision rifle work, including long-range hunting and competition shooting where a stable, angle-adjustable platform is essential.

What materials are used and how durable is it?

The BT69 combines 6061-T6 aluminum in the main frame with 7075-T6 aluminum in the legs for a balance of light weight and strength. All hardware is heat-treated stainless steel, and the finish is Mil-Spec Type III hard anodizing—engineered to withstand field conditions and years of use.
