The Browning Cynergy Wicked Wing is a 12-gauge over-and-under shotgun purpose-built for waterfowl hunting and the demands of the marsh. With its 3½-inch chambers and 30-inch barrels, this gun handles the full range of field loads while the Burnt Bronze Cerakote finish on the receiver and matching barrel finish provide both camouflage and corrosion resistance in wet environments. It's engineered for shooters who need reliability, durability, and the kind of mechanical refinement that makes long days in the field genuinely comfortable.

At its core, the Cynergy's reputation rests on the MonoLock Hinge design—a system that provides 300% more surface area to pivot on compared to conventional trunnion-style hinges, reducing wear and strengthening the action over thousands of cycles. Rectangular locking pins add further robustness, while a wear-in relief keeps the action locked tight as the gun ages. The fully chromed bore resists corrosion from saltwater and harsh conditions, and the hard chrome-plated chambers extend service life considerably. These details matter when you're spending money on a shotgun; Browning built this one to last.

Comfort and control are equally important. The composite stock is tougher than wood and won't swell or warp in wet conditions; it also features an adjustable comb so you can dial in the perfect sight picture and cheek weld. A quarter-inch stock spacer is included for fine-tuning fit. The long-travel Inflex recoil pad absorbs recoil effectively, essential when firing heavy loads. Textured gripping surfaces keep your hold secure even with wet hands or gloves. The Reverse Striker Trigger is a mechanical innovation that doesn't depend on recoil to cock the hammers; instead it uses a striker-based system for a crisper, cleaner trigger feel with minimal overtravel. Three extended Invector-Plus choke tubes (Full, Modified, Improved Cylinder) ship with the gun, giving you the flexibility to match patterns to distance and shot size. An ivory front sight aids target acquisition in varied light.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Cynergy Wicked Wing suitable for waterfowl hunting?

Yes. The gun is purpose-built for waterfowl with a 3½-inch chamber to handle magnum loads, a durable composite stock that resists marsh conditions, and Burnt Bronze Cerakote finish for corrosion resistance. The included choke tubes (Full, Modified, Improved Cylinder) give you flexibility for different ranges and shot sizes.

What choke tubes are included?

The Cynergy ships with three extended Invector-Plus choke tubes: Full, Modified, and Improved Cylinder. These are banded for ease of identification and removal.

Can I adjust the fit of the stock?

Yes. The stock features an adjustable comb to dial in your cheek weld and sight picture, and a ¼-inch stock spacer is included for length-of-pull adjustments. This lets you customize the fit to your frame and shooting style.

What makes the MonoLock Hinge different from other over-and-under shotguns?

The MonoLock Hinge provides 300% more surface area to pivot on than conventional trunnion-style hinges, reducing wear and adding strength to the action. Rectangular locking pins and a wear-in relief system keep the action locked tight as the gun ages, translating to longer service life and better reliability over time.
