The Browning Citori White Lightning is a 410-gauge over-under shotgun built for hunters and clay shooters who want a refined, nimble platform without compromise. At just 7 pounds with a 26-inch barrel, this gun handles like a dream in brush or across a clay course—ideal for younger shooters, smaller-framed hunters, or anyone who appreciates reduced recoil and faster target acquisition. The 3-inch chamber gives you versatility with standard and magnum loads, while the 43-inch overall length keeps things compact and pointable.
Aesthetically, the White Lightning lives up to its name. A Grade III/IV walnut stock wears an oil finish that'll age beautifully in the field, paired with intricate broad-coverage engraving that catches the eye without shouting. The lightning-style stock profile is sleek and purposeful, and the Inflex recoil pad keeps shooting comfortable all day. You get an ivory bead at the front and a mid-bead for quick alignment—simple, proven sight picture for fast-moving targets.
The gun ships with three black deluxe extended Midas Grade choke tubes—Full, Modified, and Improved Cylinder—so you're ready for everything from tight waterfowl patterns to open upland covers. These extended tubes make field swaps quick and intuitive. Dimensions are tailored for a 14.25-inch length of pull with a 1 5/8-inch drop at the comb and 2.5-inch drop at the heel, giving you a well-balanced handling gun that points naturally.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Citori White Lightning good for hunting upland birds and rabbits?
Yes. The 26-inch barrels and 410 gauge make it nimble in brush, and the included choke tubes—particularly the Improved Cylinder—handle close-range upland shooting well. The lightweight build reduces fatigue on long walks, and the 3-inch chamber gives you load flexibility.
Can I use this gun for sporting clays?
Absolutely. The gun is configured for sporting clays with its suite of choke tubes and balanced handling. The mid-bead sight and quick-pointing profile work well in timed shooting disciplines.
What choke tubes come in the box?
The gun ships with three black deluxe extended Midas Grade choke tubes: Full, Modified, and Improved Cylinder. These allow you to match pattern density to your hunting or shooting situation.
Is the 14.25-inch length of pull right for me?
The 14.25-inch pull is on the shorter side of standard, making this gun a good fit for younger shooters or those with a smaller frame. If you have longer arms or prefer a longer pull, you may want to try the gun in person or consult a gunsmith about adjustment options.
