The Browning A5 Auric 12-gauge 3.5-inch autoloading shotgun is built for waterfowl hunters who demand reliable performance in tough conditions. Built on Browning's proven A5 autoloader platform, the Auric delivers the speed and dependability you need for fast-moving flocks while the new Auric Concealment package keeps you hidden in the blind. With a 28-inch barrel and composite construction, this semi-auto handles like a dream in marshes, flooded timber, and coastal setups where durability and quick follow-up shots matter.
The Auric's composite stock incorporates a vertical grip with textured surfaces for positive control even when your hands are wet or gloved. The stock is fully shim-adjustable for length of pull, cast, and drop—crucial for dialing in fit when you're wearing heavy outerwear or shooting from different rest positions. Three Invector-DS choke tubes give you flexibility to match your load and distance, whether you're decoying birds over open water or working timber. The fiber-optic front sight and ivory mid-bead make target acquisition fast in low-light conditions typical of duck season.
The 3.5-inch chamber handles the full range of modern waterfowl loads, and the autoloader cycles them reliably so you can focus on your shot placement rather than manual operation. If you're tired of pump-gun recoil or want faster second shots than an over-under, the A5 Auric brings semi-auto speed and Browning's reputation for straightforward, no-nonsense shotgun engineering to your waterfowl setup.
