Breek Arms BRK4420 Sentinel Caged Plan B Black Nitride Steel 1/2"x28 Threads 223 Cal/5.56mm
Breek Arms
The Breek Arms BRK4430 Echo Single Port muzzle brake is purpose-built for shooters running the Plan B mounting system who want serious recoil control in a compact package. This 223/5.56 muzzle device uses a single-port design with 90-degree horizontal blast vectoring to dump gas sideways rather than up, keeping muzzle rise minimal so you stay on target through rapid fire or transition between shots. At just 2.3 ounces and 1.75 inches long, it won't bloat your rifle's profile—and it's designed to work seamlessly with Plan B or Atlas suppressors whenever you want to swap one on.
Built from 4140 hardened steel with black nitride finish, the Echo is robust enough for hard use at the range or in the field. The 1/2"x28 thread pitch is the standard for most 223/5.56 AR uppers and modern sporting rifles. Breek Arms includes a peel washer with the brake and specs installation at 20–30 foot-pounds with a 13/16" wrench—straightforward enough for anyone comfortable with basic gunsmithing. The whole thing is designed and manufactured in the USA.
If you shoot a lot of 223 or 5.56, you know felt recoil and muzzle movement eat into accuracy and speed. The Echo's horizontal porting philosophy is a solid middle ground: you get meaningful recoil reduction without the aggressive sideways blast some other designs throw at nearby shooters. And because it's a Plan B mount, you're not locked into one suppressor brand—future-proof your setup.

The Echo is threaded for the Plan B mounting system and is compatible with Plan B and Atlas suppressors. If your suppressor uses a different mount interface, this brake won't be compatible. Check your suppressor's mount type before ordering.
The 1/2"x28 thread pitch is standard for most 223/5.56 AR-15 uppers and modern sporting rifles chambered in those calibers. Verify your barrel is threaded 1/2"x28 before purchase.
The Echo's single-port, horizontal blast-vectoring design significantly reduces both recoil impulse and muzzle rise. Exact performance will vary based on your rifle, ammunition, and barrel length, but the design is engineered to keep the gun flat and stable for faster follow-up shots.
The Echo installs with a standard 13/16" wrench and torques to 20–30 foot-pounds. A peel washer is included. If you're comfortable with basic rifle maintenance, installation is straightforward; if you're unsure, a gunsmith can have it on in minutes.
