Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Mauser M20 .22LR good for?
The M20 excels at recreational shooting, range practice, and training. The .22LR caliber offers minimal recoil and noise, making it ideal for shooters developing marksmanship fundamentals or simply enjoying consistent, accurate shooting without the kick of centerfire rounds.
Is the Mauser M20 a good first .22 pistol?
Yes. The double-action trigger, manual safety, and hammer decocker all encourage safe handling habits. The adjustable sights let you learn how to shoot accurately, and at 22.4 ounces, it's light and manageable for extended training sessions.
What comes with the pistol?
The M20 ships with one 10-round magazine. You'll also receive the pistol itself with black grips installed.
What's the difference between semi-auto and double-action on this pistol?
Semi-automatic means one trigger press fires one round and chambers the next. Double-action means the trigger both cocks and releases the hammer in a single long press, requiring deliberate trigger control and making accidental discharge less likely if the safety is inadvertently bypassed.
