The ATI German Sport GSG-MP40P 9mm pistol brings a piece of firearms history to the modern shooter. This is a semi-automatic pistol interpretation of the legendary WWII MP-40, built to US importation specs with all-new manufacturing. It's a conversation piece on the range and a solid blowback-operated 9mm platform for shooters drawn to military history and classic firearm design. Whether you're a collector, history enthusiast, or just appreciate distinctive handguns, the GSG-MP40P delivers genuine character without compromise on function.

Built on a Zamak 5 frame with polymer accents, this pistol weighs 126 ounces unloaded with magazine and measures 24.5 inches overall, making it substantial enough to handle 9mm recoil comfortably. The 10-inch barrel delivers velocity and sight radius comparable to longer handgun designs. The detachable magazine holds up to 30 rounds of 9x19mm ammunition, though GSG recommends loading 25 rounds for optimal reliability and function—hence the market designation as a 25-round-capacity pistol.

This isn't a modern tactical platform; it's a faithful recreation that prioritizes authentic appearance and historical accuracy within the constraints of US law. If you're building a WWII-era shooter collection, want a distinctive 9mm for the range, or simply appreciate firearms with provenance and story, the GSG-MP40P is a legitimate option that respects its heritage while meeting current regulations.

How many rounds does the magazine hold?

Is this a reproduction of an actual WWII firearm?

Yes, the GSG-MP40P is a semi-automatic pistol-only reproduction of the historical WWII MP-40 submachine gun. It's manufactured as a modern firearm compliant with US importation regulations and features all-new parts rather than original components.

What's included when I buy this pistol?

The GSG-MP40P comes as a complete firearm with one detachable magazine. Early production units included an American Tactical limited wooden display crate, though availability of that crate depends on current inventory.
