Alex Pro Firearms Varmint 2.0 22-250 Gry 22 Mlok Prs 8Rd
- Caliber-Gauge:
- 22-250 Remington
The Alex Pro Firearms Varmint 2.0 in 22-250 is a purpose-built AR-10 platform rifle engineered for serious varmint hunters who demand precision, reliability, and modularity. Chambered in the fast and flat-shooting 22-250 Remington with a 1:14 twist rate in stainless steel, this American-made rifle from Alexandria, Minnesota delivers the velocity and accuracy needed to reach out and connect on coyotes, prairie dogs, and other field pests. The Varmint 2.0 combines a modern AR platform with features that matter when you're hunting from dawn to dusk across open country.
The 22-inch MLOK handguard gives you the rail real estate to mount optics, bipods, lights, or whatever else your hunting setup demands. A Butcher-16 muzzle brake manages recoil impulse so follow-up shots stay on target, while the Nickel Boron bolt carrier group cycles reliably through repeated firing. The trigger is a crisp 3.5-pound single-stage unit that breaks cleanly without creep—the kind of trigger that builds confidence at distance. Ergonomics matter too: the Magpul PRS-Lite stock provides a solid cheek weld and adjustability for different shooting positions, and the MOE grip fits naturally under your palm.
The rifle ships in Stealth Gray Cerakote, a durable, clean finish that sheds crud and resists wear. The 8-round magazine capacity keeps the gun trim and practical for hunting, and the whole package delivers hunting-day reliability backed by APF's lifetime warranty. Whether you're running a suppressor, thermal, or traditional glass, the modular design adapts to your needs. This is the kind of rifle that earns its place in your truck bed year after year.
