If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return products for an exchange or refund, at the original purchase price plus applicable sales tax, within 30 days of purchase.**

Our 30day return policy conditions**
We will accept returns for unused, unaltered products in their original packaging, complete with manuals, instructions, and accessories. Clothing must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition, with attached tags, to qualify for a return.
Defective products, excluding guns, are acceptable with a detailed defect explanation, subject to validation upon receipt. Guns, except Factory New Guns, must be directed to the manufacturer for warranty claims. Guns rejected by the FFL dealer or due to a failed background check are subject to a $75 restocking fee plus 10% of the purchase price.
For safety, legal, and regulatory reasons, returns are not accepted for Ammunition, Guns, Gun Powder, Primers, 80% Lower Receivers/Frames, Receiver Blanks, Receiver Flats, Pistol Braces, and Treestands. Hygiene-wise, underwear and mouth calls can only be returned in new, unused condition. Products requiring fuel or liquids cannot be returned once used and must be in new, unused condition.
Warranty issues or ineligible return requests should be addressed directly with the supplier.
Shipping fees are only refundable on defective or wrong items shipped.
Shipping:
Order Cancellations - Because of the automated nature of our system, canceling your order may not always be possible. In the event that we cannot fulfill a cancellation request, you will be held accountable for the shipment fess.
Important: Do not attempt to return packages to the address on the box without contacting us first, as BOSQUE Outdoors won't be able to verify your return and process a replacement or refund. For assistance, please contact BOSQUE Outdoors directly at Support@bosqueoutdoors.com.
We DO NOT ship to PO BOXes
Firearm Shipments:
We only ship firearms to valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holders. At checkout we provide a FFL locator for your convenience.
We will need a copy of the FFL’s license to facilitate the process, kindly request your dealer to email us a copy of their FFL, as we cannot dispatch the firearm until we receive this document. It is imperative for the buyer to choose their FFL dealer, ensure they are willing to facilitate the transfer, and have them email their FFL copy to BOSQUE Outdoors. To avoid any confusion, the customer's name or order number must be mentioned in the email containing the FFL.
- Prior to placing an order, it is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of and comply with their state's firearm regulations.
- Additionally, the buyer should verify with their receiving dealer that the chosen firearm is legally permissible in their state.
- The buyer is accountable for any transfer fees or background check charges imposed by the receiving dealer. If the designated dealer declines to accept the firearm delivery, the buyer assumes responsibility for shipping costs to retrieve the firearm and resend it to an accommodating dealer.
When retrieving your firearm from your FFL:
- Ensure a thorough inspection of the received firearm(s) before finalizing a 4473 (NICS Check) with the receiving dealer.
- If your firearm incurred damage during shipping, refrain from completing the 4473 at your receiving dealer.
- Firearms damaged in transit may be fully reimbursed or exchanged for the same model, contingent upon additional inventory availability.
- A comprehensive inspection of the damaged package by a shipping carrier representative is necessary for items damaged during shipment. Keep all inner and outer packaging for damaged shipments, and promptly notify us if the firearm was damaged in transit to your dealer.
- For manufacturer's defects, seek repairs or replacements through the respective manufacturer's warranty, addressing warranty-related matters directly with the manufacturer.
- If you encounter background check failure or possess non-compliant firearm(s), a $75 restocking fee plus 10% of the purchase price will be applicable to the order.
- All firearm sales are considered final, and returns for firearms are not accepted.
Ammunition shipments - Limited to ground shipping only, and as a result, we regret to inform you that we cannot ship ammunition to Alaska or Hawaii. Furthermore, in accordance with state and local regulations, we are unable to ship ammunition to the following locations:
- Massachusetts
- Connecticut
- Washington D.C.
- Washington
- Chicago, IL
- Cook County, IL
- New Jersey
- New York, NY
- Buffalo, NY
- Rochester, NY
Magazine shipments - Certain states have restrictions on magazine capacity, which means we cannot ship magazines exceeding these limits to those states. The regulations are as follows:
- Connecticut - Maximum capacity of 10 rounds for individual magazines.
- California - Maximum capacity of 10 rounds for individual magazines.
- Colorado - Maximum capacity of 15 rounds for individual magazines.
- Washington D.C. - Maximum capacity of 10 rounds for individual magazines.
- Maryland - Maximum capacity of 10 rounds for individual magazines.
- Massachusetts - Maximum capacity of 10 rounds for individual magazines.
- New Jersey - Maximum capacity of 10 rounds for individual magazines.
- New York - Maximum capacity of 10 rounds for individual magazines.

Quantity and Pricing errors - We aim to offer our customers the most up-to-date and precise pricing and inventory through our listings. Although rare, errors can occur. In such instances, we will make every effort to rectify the situation in favor of our customers. However, please note that we retain the option to void a transaction if a listed price was significantly incorrect or clearly an error, or if we are just unable to fulfill your order.
