The ReFlex IFAK System consists of a versatile med roll and a durable carrier, crafted with heavy-duty nylon laminate for rapid deployment of supplies. With its ambidextrous design, it can be mounted vertically or horizontally on belts ranging from 1.5" to 2.25", as well as on MOLLE systems.
Designed around the U.S. Army-issued IFAK, this system ensures your medical supplies are organized and easily accessible. The HANK grab handles provide long-term durability, even in the toughest conditions.
But that's not all! The ReFlex Med Roll also features a carry handle and shock cord loops, making it easy to attach to a patient or hang from an I.V. rack. The side slots provide quick access to your gloves without removing the roll from the carrier.
