The Hi-Point 995TS Carbine is a 9mm semi-auto rifle built for shooters who want straightforward, no-nonsense performance without the premium price tag. This skeletonized rifle delivers the caliber's mild recoil and affordable ammunition availability in a compact 16.5-inch barrel platform, making it accessible for recreational shooting, training, and defense-minded users. At just over 6 pounds, it's light enough to handle for extended range sessions, and the all-weather molded polymer stock and skeletonized design mean you're not paying for unnecessary weight or complexity.

The 995TS comes factory-configured for California compliance with a paddle grip installed, but the core appeal is honest function: fully adjustable rear peep and front post sights let you dial in your zero without optic dependency, while the Weaver-style rails accommodate aftermarket optics if you choose to upgrade. The internal recoil buffer in the stock keeps impulse manageable, and the quick on/off thumb safety is intuitive under stress. Magazine capacity tops out at 10 rounds, feeding from a standard detachable magazine with grip-mounted release for smooth reloads.

Built with 100% American-made parts and assembly, the 995TS carries Hi-Point's reputation for rugged durability and +P rating across all models. It ships with a free trigger lock, sling swivels for carry options, and the last-round lock-open feature for safe handling. If you're looking for a practical, affordable 9mm rifle platform that prioritizes reliability over boutique features, the 995TS delivers.
